IBanga 304H linamandla aphezulu emazingeni okushisa aphakeme ngakho-ke livame ukusetshenziselwa izinhlelo zokusebenza zesakhiwo kanye nengcindezi emazingeni okushisa angaphezu kuka-500°C futhi afika cishe ku-800°C.I-304H izokwaziswa ezingeni lokushisa elingu-425-860°C;lokhu akuyona inkinga ekusetshenzisweni kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu, kodwa kuzoholela ekunciphiseni ukumelana nokugqwala kwe-aqueous.
Ukwelashwa Kokushisa
Ukwelashwa Kwesixazululo (Annealing) – Shisisa ufike ku-1010-1120°C futhi uphole ngokushesha.Lawa mabanga awakwazi ukwenziwa lukhuni ukwelashwa okushisayo.

Ukushisela okuhle kakhulu ngazo zonke izindlela ezijwayelekile zokuhlanganisa, zombili ezinezinsimbi zokugcwalisa nezingenazo.I-AS 1554.6 ifanelekela ngaphambili ukushisela okungu-304 ngeBanga 308 kanye no-304L ngezinduku noma ama-electrode angu-308L (kanye nokulingana kwawo okuphezulu kwe-silicon).Izingxenye ezishiselwe kakhulu zeBanga lama-304 zingase zidinge i-post-weld annealing ukuze zimelane nokugqwala okukhulu.Lokhu akudingekile eBangeni 304L.IBanga lama-321 lingase lisetshenziswe njengenye indlela ye-304 uma ukushisela kwesigaba esindayo kuyadingeka futhi ukwelashwa kokushisa kwangemuva kwe-weld kungenakwenzeka.
