Our NORSOK approved Super Duplex Alloy 2507 (UNS 32750) tubing is designed for the most aggressive oil and gas and chemical processes.
Our Super Duplex tubing sizes range from 0.125″ (3.18mm) to 1.25″ (31.75mm) seamless tubing OD.
Super duplex stainless steels such as S32750 are a 50/50 mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite, providing increased strength over ferritic and austenitic steels. The main difference is that Super Duplex has a higher molybdenum and chromium content, which gives the material higher corrosion resistance than standard duplex steels.
Our surface coating powders are manufactured with precise thermal spray characteristics to improve workpiece performance.

Our materials can be rolled and tempered to desired mechanical properties. Our Spinodal products (C72900 and C72650) can be further hardened to improve the spring performance of electronic connectors.
