Search for employers who accept PPP loans in Illinois

On Monday, the Treasury Department and Small Business Administration released information on companies receiving PPP funds.
The $2 trillion federal CARES Act — the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act — passed by Congress in March includes funding to create the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
Financial lifelines are designed to help employers retain employees and cover some overhead costs.If used as intended, the loan does not have to be repaid.
On Monday, the Treasury Department and Small Business Administration released information on companies receiving PPP funds.Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin had previously refused to release the data and overturned the decision under pressure from lawmakers.
The data released by the SBA does not include the exact loan amount for companies that received $150,000 or more.For loans under $150,000, the company name was not disclosed.
